Team Practice Policies
We ask that when swimmers arrive for their practice that they wait in the grass behind the diving board so that coaches can get them ready for stretches. Practice runs much more smoothly when swimmers are paying attention and listening.
If constant redirection is occurring with a swimmer we may ask them to take a quick break on the bench to regroup. This is just to insure the safety of the swimmer and the other members of the team.
We also ask that all parents remain off the pool deck during practices, parents are more than welcome to stay and watch by sitting at the far end of the pool near the trees. This helps the coaches by minimizing distractions to both the coaches and your swimmer.
We welcome parents to come talk to coaches before or after practice.
